I like hanpen better than chikuwa.
Since some people can’t eat certain foods due to allergies or religious beliefs, I thought it would be good to explain what Chikuwa and Hanpen are made from.
ちくわやはんぺんは魚のすり身でできていて、練り物と呼ばれます。
練り物の味や食感は魚の種類や作り方で変わります。練り物にはたらやイワシがよく使われます。
ちくわとはんぺんはどちらもよくおでんに入っています。私はちくわよりはんぺんの方が好きです。
アレルギーや宗教によっては食べられないものがあるので、ちくわやはんぺんが何でできているかを説明すると役に立つだろうと思いました。
